Every year, the Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville presents the “Builder of the Year” award at their holiday party, and this year, our very own Perry Lyons was chosen! A lot of exciting things are happening in preparation for Homearama 2016. Construction has begun in River Crest, and the first Homearama 2016 home is already for sale! This year Homearama 2016 will feature homes at two different sites: River Crest and Norton Commons. The Building Industry Association is working on a ticket option for people who want to tour both sites on different days.
