New Outlet Mall Predicted to Multiply Area Growth in Many Industries
Building Industry Association (BIA) President Perry Lyons believes Simpsonville is on the brink of emerging as a growing, upscale suburb as plans ramp up for the completion for a new $80 million outlet shopping facility. By late summer this year, Simpsonville, Ky will become the new destination for the Outlet Shoppes at Louisville, an 80 store outlet mall, located nine miles east of the Gene Snyder Freeway just off Exit 28 on Interstate 64.
