New Outlet Mall Predicted to Multiply Area Growth in Many Industries
Building Industry Association (BIA) President Perry Lyons believes Simpsonville is on the brink of emerging as a growing, upscale suburb as plans ramp up for the completion for a new $80 million outlet shopping facility.
