As part of the education process, we have put together two documents for potential customers that will help them understand our process and what all goes into building a custom home. First and foremost, when you’re searching for a home builder, you have to quickly determine if the builder is legit. Our first document, Does you Builder Pass the Inspection, lists out more than 40 questions every customer should ask their potential builder. The answers to these questions should give you a good idea on which builders are right for you and which aren’t.
The second document is our Custom Homebuilding Checklist. This document gives you the inside track on how a custom home goes from “concept to completion.” You’ll find out what steps are involved in the building process, what decisions have to be made, and gain an overall understanding of how it all works.
