This year’s tour of remodeled homes takes place next weekend, Saturday, August 11 and Sunday, August 12. Sixteen homes will be featured in this year’s tour, and will showcase a wide variety of remodeled spaces including kitchens, family rooms, basements, outdoor living areas, and more.
One trend in home design and redesigns that’s been an emerging trend for the last few years, is white cabinetry. Many of the homes on this year’s tour feature kitchen redesigns with upgraded, custom white or ivory cabinets. White cabinetry is growing in popularity because it’s so versatile and can be easily complemented with most wall colors, draperies, flooring, hardware, and back splashes. White and ivory cabinetry also fits in most homes’ look and feel, whether it be a country-style home, traditional kitchen, or ultra modern space.
You can tour all 16 homes for $10 a person (children 6 and under are free) from 12 noon to 6PM both days. You can choose any home to start your tour, and purchase your ticket when you arrive at the first house.
