We realize that this year’s Homearama just wrapped up, but it’s never too early to start getting excited about next year’s event! The locations for 2016 have been announced and the lot purchases are already underway. Next year’s Homearama will be July 16-31, 2016 featured at a duo-site location: Norton Commons and River Crest!
We hope to be actively involved at both sites and would love to build a contract home for anybody interested in either area!
Homearama 2016 Update

Show hours will be:
Weekdays: 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Sundays: 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Ticket gate will close an hour and a half prior to listed closing times.
Admission will be $10 per person, per visit. Cash or Checks ONLY.
Our 2016 Plans book with all floorplans, renderings and information will be available Summer 2016.
There will be a concession stand selling hot dogs, brats, soft pretzels, sodas, bottled water and a few other items on site. The concession area offers you an opportunity to take a seat and catch your breath between touring the homes. Concession stand accepts cash/check only – no ATM on site.
Next year’s furniture sale will be Monday, August 1.
