This build features an open concept floor plan opening up to a back deck rich with exposed cedar timber trusses for a truly breathtaking view. The decking material used is a water shedding no drip thru material that will last for many years to come. The home features reclaimed barn wood doors opening into the study as well as saloon-style custom pantry doors. The cedar wood for the interior beams and mantles add a rustic touch to the clean lines. Throughout this house there are finishing touches that add character and comfort . Upstairs there is a hidden bookcase that opens to a large room, bathroom, and large closet area. In the downstairs laundry area there is a vac pan to provide convenience for sweeping. And one of our favorite features is the radiant floor heating for the entire basement to provide year round additional warmth.
