This remodel and addition proved to be an extremely difficult exercise given the constraints of the land, the Prospect 40059 area, and the scenic stream flowing through the property. We especially enjoyed building the covered deck porch over the stream. Utilizing the existing wrap-around porch and eclectic style, we incorporated a new kitchen, master suite, gym, garage, office, and a covered deck. This challenging site afforded us the opportunity to apply our creative design skills to accomplish remodel work, renovation work, and an addition!
