The Spring Farm Lake house is complete and we couldn’t be more excited about the final result.
We started working on this house at the very beginning of 2020. You can imagine some of the challenges we faced with the pandemic going on. We were still able to get some filming in during the first few weeks, though. In fact, you can see in this video how we put in all the roofs, which were built using trusses! We were also able to capture move-in day, so you can see the full 360. From barebones to finishing touches. The move-in video also does a great job of capturing that special feeling when the house you’ve dreamed about becomes your home. New Home Reveal
This really is a special home and a little unique for us. We worked closely with our client and she added so many beautiful touches to make it her home. Her style is a bit more modern than ours usually is, but we were able to take what she wanted and put it into action. As a custom builder, that’s what we do — we customize!
With a sleek, modern kitchen; custom limestone finishes on the exterior; and even a bourbon barrel built into the bar area, this is a one-of-a-kind home. Who doesn’t love a little Kentucky pride?

“It has been wonderful adventure because we realized we could build a relationship between client and builder and it has been a wonderful relationship. We came together with ideas on how the house should look, we made changes together through the whole process. And the house is a beautiful for my kids, my husband, my family. So we are really happy with the project because besides getting a builder, we were able to get friends that have been looking after us all this time.”
