If you’ve been following along with our team at P.L. Lyons Architectural Builders, then you know that we have been back to building in Homearamas the last several years. We participated in Shakes Run in 2014, Spring Farm Lake in 2015, and this year we are building two homes at Norton Commons. Even though building in Homearamas is a big part of our annual planning and focus, we don’t want you to think that is all we’re building, designing or developing. We are currently finishing contract homes in Hidden Creek, Glen Oaks and Fox Run subdivision, along with some large remodeling projects in Eastern Jefferson, and Oldham County. We even squeezed in a quick commercial remodel in West Louisville for our friends down at Louisville Label.
We have several homes under construction (and for sale) in neighborhoods like Spring Farm Lake and Norton Commons. We now have two lots in Locust Creek (a former Homearama site btw) , and that’s the neighborhood we will focus on in this blog.
Why choose Locust Creek?
Locust Creek is a beautiful upscale community located in Eastern Jefferson County. People who appreciate nature and beauty are drawn to this neighborhood, which has dedicated 65 acres to unaltered natural beauty with wooded areas as well as open spaces for picnics and outdoor sports. Phase 11 of Locust Creek is the newest section of the neighborhood. It has a beautiful 1.4 mile nature trail and a half mile stretch of Long Run Creek left in all it’s natural glory. If you love swimming and tennis, the neighborhood has a really good club team for both sports.
